Magic skills may or may not reveal their caster

When special, recovery, or support magic skills are used, the user's icon will be displayed at the bottom of the screen in the log.

Attacks, spells that imbue weakening effects, and movement magic skills (excluding those for recovery) do not identify the caster.

Remember: Knowing who used what skill and when may provide clues to uncovering the disciple of shadow.
