Understanding your magic skills means knowing what situation they're best for. You need to be ready for anything, striking a balance between attack, movement, and healing options.
Also, you'll probably want to choose magic skills with an eye toward complementing your exclusive magic skill.
For example, if you start with the red Ennea Fire EX as an exclusive magic skill, it may be a good idea to also equip a magic skill with a different color or range, such as the blue Elthunder.
Because a battle's outcome is decided in the Moon Room, you may want your highest-level magic skills for that fight.
If you can't decide which magic skills to equip, you can also use the Auto option.
There is another way to equip magic effectively!
You can copy a disciple's magic skill loadout to another disciple.
▲Tap the Change Magic button on the top right
Select a disciple whose loadout you'd like to copy, then tap the above button to copy it for pasting to another disciple.
• Both light and shadow loadouts will be copied at the same time.
After a magic skill loadout has been copied, tap the button above to then paste it.
• The magic skill loadout will be pasted only to the side (light or shadow) shown on the Change Magic screen.
• To transfer both light and shadow loadouts, paste to the Change Magic screen for each form separately.
• Exclusive Magic: Exclusive magic will be copied only if the exclusive magic set in a copied magic loadout has been changed and is equippable by the disciple being copied to.
If the above conditions are not met, the exclusive magic will be set to that of the disciple being copied to.
• Any pasted magic skills that cannot be equipped by a disciple will be replaced with Minor Impact for light magic skills and Minor Sting for shadow magic skills.
